Fair Use Policy

At Steady eSIM we want every customer to have a fast, reliable experience. Our unlimited plans are designed for personal everyday use while travelling, and this Fair Use Policy exists to make sure the network stays great for everyone.
1. What Unlimited Means
Our unlimited plans give you a generous daily high speed data allowance that refreshes automatically every 24 hours. Once you reach your daily high speed limit, your connection continues at a reduced speed of 1Mbps for the remainder of that day. The following day your high speed allowance resets automatically and you are back to full speed with no action needed on your part.
This means you always stay connected. You are never cut off entirely.
2. What We Consider Fair Use
Our plans are intended for personal use by a single traveller. Fair use includes browsing, streaming, social media, messaging, video calls, navigation, and general everyday data needs. Hotspot and tethering are supported on all our Singapore unlimited plans for personal use.
3. What Falls Outside Fair Use
To protect the experience of all our customers we do not permit the following:
- Using your Steady eSIM plan as a fixed home or office broadband replacement.
- Running automated data transfers, bots, or server applications through your plan.
- Reselling data or sharing access commercially.
- Using the plan across multiple devices simultaneously in a way that is designed to circumvent the daily data limits.
- Any activity that places disproportionate or sustained load on the network.
If we identify usage that falls outside these guidelines we reserve the right to apply additional speed restrictions or in serious cases suspend the plan.
4. Our Commitment to You
We will never throttle your connection below 1Mbps during your high speed daily limit period.
We will never charge you extra for going over your daily high speed allowance. Your data resets every single day without you having to do anything. Hotspot is always included.
We believe in keeping things simple and transparent. If you have any questions about whether your intended use is covered, just reach out to us before you travel and we will give you a straight answer.
