1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website, products, and services operated by Vanguard AI Pte. Ltd. ("Vanguard") under the Steady eSIM brand, including SteadyeSIM.com and all associated eSIM services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Vanguard AI Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore.

2. Description of Service

Vanguard operates Steady eSIM, a digital eSIM distribution service that allows users to purchase prepaid mobile data plans for use in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Philippines, Hong Kong, Australia, India, United Kingdom, UAE, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain. eSIM profiles are delivered via QR code to the user's registered email address and displayed on screen at checkout. No physical SIM card is issued.

3. Device Compatibility

It is your sole responsibility to verify that your device is eSIM compatible before completing a purchase. Steady eSIM does not guarantee compatibility with all devices. A non-exhaustive list of compatible devices is available on our website for reference only and does not constitute a warranty of compatibility.

Vanguard accepts no liability for purchases made on incompatible devices. No refund will be issued where a device is found to be eSIM incompatible after the QR code has been delivered.

4. Account Registration

Certain features of the Services may require you to provide an email address at checkout. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity associated with your email address and any eSIM profiles delivered to it.

5. Purchases and Payment

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase you authorise Vanguard to charge the total amount displayed at checkout to your selected payment method.

Prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Vanguard reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the price you will be charged.

6. eSIM Delivery

Upon successful payment confirmation, your eSIM QR code will be delivered instantly on screen and to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is automated and typically completed within two minutes of payment confirmation.

If you do not receive your QR code within ten minutes of a confirmed payment, please contact our support team at support@steadyesim.com before attempting to repurchase.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of eSIM profiles, all sales are final. No refund will be issued once the QR code has been delivered to the user, whether or not the QR code has been scanned or activated.

Exceptions apply in the following circumstances only:

• 7.1 The eSIM QR code delivered is technically defective and cannot be activated despite the device being confirmed as eSIM compatible and the correct installation steps being followed.
• 7.2 A duplicate charge has occurred due to a confirmed payment processing error.

Refund requests must be submitted to support@steadyesim.com within 48 hours of purchase and must include your order reference number and a description of the issue. Vanguard reserves the right to investigate all refund requests before approval and to request supporting information where necessary.

Refunds, where approved, will be returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

8. Fair Use and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the Steady eSIM Services for personal, non-commercial use only unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by Vanguard.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Reselling, transferring, or sublicensing eSIM profiles to any third party without Vanguard's prior written consent.
• Using the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Using the Services in a manner that exceeds reasonable personal data consumption or that constitutes network abuse, including but not limited to using eSIM plans to power commercial hotspot operations or bulk data redistribution.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to Vanguard's systems, networks, or databases.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Services or the data contained therein.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during the purchase process.

Vanguard reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke access to the Services for any user found to be in breach of this section.

9. Third-Party Networks and Service Availability

Steady eSIM data plans operate on third-party mobile networks in each destination country. Vanguard does not own or operate these networks and cannot guarantee network availability, speed, coverage, or continuity at any time or in any location.

Network performance, including data speeds and coverage, may vary depending on location, device, network congestion, and local infrastructure. Vanguard makes no representation or warranty regarding network performance in any destination.

10. Data Plan Usage and Expiry

Data plans are prepaid and valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Unused data does not roll over upon expiry. Vanguard is not responsible for any unused data remaining at the end of a plan's validity period.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, software, and materials on SteadyeSIM.com are the property of Vanguard AI Pte. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from Vanguard.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Vanguard does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vanguard AI Pte. Ltd. and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services.

Vanguard's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific eSIM plan giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vanguard AI Pte. Ltd. and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Termination

Vanguard reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that Vanguard determines to be in violation of these Terms or harmful to other users, Vanguard, third parties, or the integrity of the Services.

16. Changes to Terms

Vanguard reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to SteadyeSIM.com with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
