At Steady, we strive to provide reliable cross-border data connectivity. Due to the digital nature of eSIM (embedded SIM) technology, once an eSIM is generated and the QR code is delivered to you, the service is considered "consumed." However, we understand that technical issues can occur.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery: The eSIM QR code was not delivered to your email or displayed on-screen after a successful payment.
  • Service Failure: The eSIM was successfully installed but failed to provide data connectivity due to a confirmed fault in our infrastructure or our partner networks.
  • Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same plan twice within a 10-minute window.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Steady cannot issue refunds in the following scenarios:

  • Incompatible Device: Your device does not support eSIM technology. It is your responsibility to check compatibility before purchase.
  • Locked Device: Your device is carrier-locked and cannot accept third-party eSIMs.
  • Change of Mind: You decided you no longer need the data plan after the QR code has been delivered.
  • Incorrect Installation: Issues arising from deleting the eSIM profile from your device after successful installation.
  • Expired Plan: The data plan has reached its validity period or data limit.

4. Technical Failures

If you experience technical difficulties, you must contact our support team at support@steadyesim.com before requesting a refund. Most issues can be resolved through troubleshooting. We reserve the right to attempt to fix the service before issuing a refund.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email support@steadyesim.com with your order number, the email address used for purchase, and a brief explanation of the issue. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

6. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
